Woke to misty morning but very pleasant. Walked to a Mexican restaurant for breakfast pleased we worked up an appetite. Very popular place and socially very good. ... hurt my elbow and both knees.. That is when the hamstring starting giving me issues, not to mention a few scars.
My favorite part of the getting hurt is when my grandson Luke so my elbow and was very concerned on how it happened then ask me to tell him the whole story over and over again.
