      ... varietal grapes too, not just berries and apples and native Concord grapes other cold hardy fruits. Apparently it’s not just a global warming thing. They tell me researchers have been developing grape hybrids that are more cold tolerant and still make wines that taste good, the University of Minnesota actually being the biggest center of the research.
