... man were they delicious. We decided on a stroll after lunch and ended up at Polly's Pies where we purchased a cherry pie as Angus needed one apparently. It was very very warm out but with a very clear blue sky and not humid at all.

Back to the hotel for a rest. Angus went to for a run and braved the cool pool for a swim.

Off to dinner at a reasonable hour to Wendy's - still the best burgers so ...

Our hangovers from the night before soothed, we headed to the Paddy’O at the local Irish pub (patio…get it?) for more drinks before heading to the Ghost Bar for the most amazing views over the strip over the rooftop terrace at the Palms Hotel Thanks for the top tip Linc). Back to our hotel for a very saucy, burlesque style Cirque De Soleil production of Zumanity. Hilarious commentary from the drag queen compare, topless women cavorting themselves ...

... and gardens were all very well kept. Even power lines were “hidden” in Beverly Hills. They do have them but they chose to run them behind the houses in the trees rather than spoil the view out the front. I thought maybe they would have underground cables but they didn’t.

Of course we passed the house where Marilyn Munro stayed when she came to visit John F Kennedy often when he was President. We passed the shop that Julia Roberts ...
