    ... to put it mildly, and the IT guy on board just goes "Oh no! Not that Australian telco again. We always have problems with them". So, he's no help!! The end result of all this is that Margaret has not been able to access any email since around 22 Mar or so.
    P.S. This was written some time ago. Have now sorted things and can receive my mail via Robert's tablet. Perversely, my tablet has started working again??? - but now I don't trust it ...

    ... with us, interestingly enough, were a group of seniors who were from an assisted living facility. The funniest, yet most unfortunate, moment was when he called up a gal who was sitting with them. He asked how long she lived there... uh ohhhh... dude.....
