... with Carlee; I want to ride with her a bit more so we have some more time to chat. Today we rode into Pulaski. We're staying at Martin's Methodist College Dorm rooms. So we have beds again! The folks here have been overwhelmingly kind. We pulled into host and there were several guys who met us, and the second we hopped off our bikes they took them from us to do tune-ups and detailed cleanings. ... shop. The building is still there and has been surrounded in controversy ever since. The Sons of the Confederacy organisation put a plaque up in 1904 to celebrate the founding. The current owner has kept the plaque to placate some extremists, but he has screwed it to the wall back to front, so it can't be read.

Had a really nice coffee in a low key cafe and chatted to some locals. Their accent is very extreme and difficult to understand....

Anyway, headed on ...
