... even got some ice cream, Blake got Blue Moon and me a combo of lemon and raspberry sorbets. Fort Collins seems like a really fun town! ... ingredients in CO. But it’s a good starting point and I think I am ready to learn a lot more. I do think I learned enough to impress our non-Chinese friends back home. We will dearly miss eating at Beijing restaurants. Chinese food is fantastic!
