... feeling really bad. Something's up with my hand. I have no strength or dexterity in it. I think it's from leaning and gripping the handlebar too tightly and cutting off circulation or nerves. When I get to the next bike shop, I want to buy different gloves. Burlington doesn't have much appeal from what I saw. I tried to just relax and eat and drink a bunch today. I didn't do any ...

Our drive through Kansas yesterday was flat with rolling hills. Eastern Colorado is more of the same. Christina found Kansas to be stunning.

Our destination for today is Colorado Springs and the Broadmoor Hotel. Not only is the weather and location near perfect but this is a hotel ...

      Almost in Colorado, again.

Left our little part of Paradise at the Lake this morning.
      Drove through Kansas City.
Further down the track we drove past the Wizard of Oz Museum at Wamego, Kansas. In 1907 Frank Baum wrote the "Wizard of Oz". Later made into a movie starring Judy Garland, the story immortalized the little girl from Kansas, Dorothy Gale, who was transported by a Kansas tornado to the magical Land of Oz. Dorothy's house is in ...
