I'm just about packed for my first solo adventure. Up on the itinerary: The Badlands, Rapid City, The Black Hills, Deadwood, Bozeman, Yellowstone, and the Grand Tetons. It's a camping trip for a non-camping girl. This plan started when Jane and I both noticed gaping holes in our U.S. map of visited places. I have to admit that Chicago is one cool city, it has awesome parks, beaches and tons of things to do! It was hard to narrow down what we wanted to do during our short stay here and decided on the Lincoln Park Zoo. It is historic, beautiful, compact in space but delivers on super cool stuff, as it is free!

... at it and he came on Tuesday but didn't know how to get the frig out from the wall. So we bought a small frig from Walmart to keep some of our food and threw a lot away. During the week we saw some of the sights around Fort Atkinson. We went to Janesville to the Rotary Gardens. Very pretty. We went to the Hoard Museum and Dairy Museum. We drove around Lake Koshkonong, a very large lake.
