Expecting something in the region of 10,000+ aircraft, in no time at all, the homebuilt camping area filled up.
There was no need for an alarm clock – each morning we were awoken by aircraft engines just before 6am! Not much point in trying to go back to sleep so we made use of the excellent trailer shower facilities (new for this year) with oodles of hot water. A short two hour flight, but bumpy which reminded us that we were going into ...
... we decided to get a Delta Am EX card...no fees for 1 year (95$ after that), and 30,000 free miles. By the time we were done applying it was time to move quickly to our gate for Oslo. This was a shorter trip and I was really sleepy by this time so was able to doze a bit better after a small breakfast. We arrived in Oslo right on time (1:25pm) and our Norway saga begins. We went forward through time and it is now May ...
