No coffee for the coffee maker in the room; no Internet access. Clean, though, and a big room with comfortable bed.

... and with pride. Nice to see!!! Then came the race. It wasn't too exciting, but it had a surprise ending with Carl Edwards winning because he didn't have to make a pit stop for fuel, Biffle - second and Earnhardt - third. Next came the walk back to camp---talk about a crowd!!!

Midday, our friend Gary (works at Hendrick's) called and said come over for a tour. Thanks to him we got the " up close and personal " tour of the race shops for the 24, 5, 88, 48.
