We drove about 400 miles today. A little further than we had wanted, but we relaxed when we arrived. We are in a very nice RV park, Arkadelphia RV Park. We have driven through much farmland. Soybeans, corn and now some cotton fields. Farmers are praying for dry weather and wind to dry out their fields. Shortly after we woke up, we went to the visitors center for the park and rented a canoe. The park ranger delivered it down to the lake for us and we spent the next couple house paddling around the lake. They had a path marked around the lake with buoys for kayakers to follow. There river was big but not huge, but I don't think we were at a wide spot of the river. It was pretty none the less.
