I think we finally have this camper about ready to go. We've done a lot of work trying to make it feel less like a trailer and more like home.
Lots of paint, removing old furniture, adding paneling. Switched out the queen bed with a twin and a toddler bed, and built a couch/bed contraption for me and Molly where the old air bed sofa was.
It feels really good in here. Now if everything will hold up on the road, we should be fine.

Allow me to elaborate on 3. A minivan is towed behind the bus. This lets us park the bus and then sojourn out to meals and adventures in a more manageable vehicle. The apparatus which connects the minivan to the bus is a BlueOx Aladdin tow bar. I was soaked in sweat just getting my gear out of car So I bought some salad stuff and sandwich stuff and ended up here. I'm thinking Memphis on the way back to Kentucky so I'm looking at alternate routes to the lone star state.
