We were soaked, luckily all these motels have reverse cycle air con so ours has been on warm all evening so while we went out for dinner our things have almost dried.

Spoke to Gary tonight and if we have a big day tomorrow we might make it to West Palm Beach. It is 337 miles from here and all Interstate which we usually avoid but it is the quickest way to go.

Sitting at Newberry's Backyard BBQ. Just went to a clearly illigal riverfront water park. It was fun but the chances of someone dying there were higher then most places. It was full of high school kids drinking beer from their trunks and then swinging on ropes (sometimes in groups of three) from the tops of tree houses into the river. It was wild.

... and took the bus. Sarah later admitted that she enjoyed the bus rides as her favorite Disney ride!

We did some shopping, dancing, and eating...boy did we eat.

Fulton's is pricey, but it was really delicious. I can't remember what everyone had, but I'll try...Papa had the lobster and crab, Sarah had the clam chowder (she said it was too ...

So since we arrived really late the first night we didn't get that much time to explore the city. Not that there is much to see in Williston. I think the bulk of the city is 1 bar, a grocery store, one motel [with an 'm'], a mcdonalds, a subway, a few pizza places, and a liquor store. Yes, this is definition of middle of the middle of nowhere.

Our great friend, Bob Duffy was also traveling around these here hills so he came by for one night at Stephen Foster. Unfortunately he missed the Coffee House night but we got to enjoy a lunch and a dinner and a terrific bike ride. Bob was a huge help in getting Andy and my brakes adjusted while giving us ...

... way, unsure of how the car would do for the remainder of the trip but positive that we were in a better way than we were previously. We switched drivers and Leah came wayy close to crashing into the back of a car in front of us. For some unknown reason (probably no real reason) everyone slammed their brakes on...we skidded, burnt rubber, loud sounds, smoked out...the whole everything but HEY! we didn't crash :) that's good in my days.

When we arrived and headed for our camp site the deer were all around. So we set up, started a fire, got out the chairs, pop a beer and enjoyed our last night of our trip. And guess what I got voted to cook outside on the grill. And it was warm, I guess I'm just a warm weather person.Love it. Ray and Christa

Well Folks we finally made it to a Bar-B-Que place. We had to wait till we finished to see if you we could give it a stamp of approval. As you can see by the picture we loved it!!! This stop officially starts the healthy kick....booo. Nothing like some delicious BBQ!!!

... next door. BAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAD idea. Typical American dinner, no booz: what a bad start. The salad bar is included and the carrots you can recognize because of their shape, NOT because of their color. I guess they have been there for a couple of days. The service is lousy and the food bad and no alcohol to swallow it. We back in our room, I have to give the steering wheel to the captain and I will keep you posted about my mission: Destin!
