Having talked with so many others like Charlie over the decades, you can't help but get a sense of company pride and loyalty that you don't often see in most other companies. They seem to inspire people to perform well and work their way up the ladder. In return they pay them well and have good benefits.

We met at the Bok Garden Tower Sanctuary which was a quiet and beautiful place to enjoy a leisurely day with them all. The tower has a fascinating history. Created by Mr. Bok in the 1920s to honor his grandparents, he hired the best of the best ...
