I have been so overwhelmed with love these past few weeks. I am so grateful to be surrounded by such supportive, uplifting, loving people. I feel so blessed. ... and olive oil on the side. Having been raised in Dearborn Township, later named Dearborn Heights, I was very familiar with the cuisine and this was excellent.

On to the old neighborhood, driving past my childhood home on Whitefield, past St. Linus where I spent eight years being tortured by nuns, but unmolested by priests and down Beech Daly Road to Crestwood High School, proud home of the "Chargers". ...
