... starting with Troop in 1937. On the way back to the highway, we found a dead coyote with a red ribbon strapped to a fence housing cattle. So we are assuming this is a scare tactic for other coyotes. Whatever the reason, we were amused.

This is in the northwest corner of Alabama on the Tennessee River. It is the music recording mecca with many recording studios of lots of famous singers like: Little Richard, Aretha Franklin, Rolling Stones, Tom Jones, Jimmy Buffet, Bob Segar and so on.
