The plan for today is to head to Anne's sister's house in Rockville, Maryland. She was kind enough to offer to put us up for the night, and even promised purloo - one of Dave's favorite meals. All with a free ride to the train station tomorrow. Can't beat that level of service!

From Hughie letting dad take over his workshop to fix the car, the super friendly cab driver who booked me a haircut on the way to the salon and the parts suppliers who have hand delivered products or driven to another store to pick it up and bring it back to us. The start of our trip.

Departure from Huntsville toward Chicago. Got an all day lay over in Chicago because there is only one flght to Chicago from Huntsville.
All went well other than the American Airlines agent had to physically complete the baggage connection between Paris and Malta. This meant that he had to hand write the ultimate destination. I don' think he has ever heard of Malta.

It is already freezing here! I heard Mom and Dad ask the nice lady at this campground if we could stay 2 nights. I have to go outside again; Dad is putting on his shoes.

Mom & Dad are washing towels in their new washer / dryer combo ... they are in their bedroom watching it go round and round while I am trying to nap. I don't get it!

The kids then had a chance to show off their secret assignment where they built their own International Space Station out of Lego & Connectors. Very cool.
