Today was a short day. The church service we attended today didn't start until 11 am so we opted for a short trip. The church is a small church. They have a female minister and I was trying to remember how many churches I've been to on this trip with female ministers, I think about half. Last Sunday was the only Sunday so far that I have missed church and that was d/t leaving Madison. The people in this church were the friendliest we ...

It was pretty hot on the drive and the pool did feel good when we finally arrived at the RV park. The ...

Our last stop was with Lauren and Eric, Luke and John William in Little Rock, Arkansas. The boys had a blast swimming and the girls had some great cuzzie time too. Eric even had a break from call and was able to eat dinner with us. We woke up the next morning and headed all the way into New Iberia. The family was waiting for us with a warm welcome. We all agreed 10 days and about 3000 miles across the country was surprisingly fun! And God blessed us with a safe trek ...

We stopped in Barren, Illinois, home of Rend Lake (see photos 1 & 2) to eat our lunches. The ladies room had a hornets' nest in it, so Mara used the men's room. They were identical, besides the hornets. And the smell.

    Finally we crossed the ...
