accident waiting to happen. Had a funny conversation to the lady who
had no idea what I was talking about. I gave the state and highway
and that we had seen a sign that said Mile marker 48. She had no idea
what that meant. So ensued a back and forth while I tried to describe
signs that are on every highway in USA, giving you the miles to the
state line so you can keep up with where you are. Apparently my
description wasn't very good and ...

We arrived in Little Rock again by beer time. This has turned out to be one of the nicest Best Westerns, had a restaurant and bar. Had 3 women sitting next to us at the bar and ended up having a chat to them, they seemed really interested in our travels. They were locals and had met there for a drink. Larry came here to bring Sue to the airport, so we spent our first night here going out to dinner with him and then relaxing by the shore of the Arkansas River, watching the dancing lights on the bridges and the occassional barge.
A four fun days with the Sairavan Gang on the shores of the Arkansas River. Happy Hours every evening at our place (with LOTS of uninvited noseeums/chiggers), and a great dinner in Downtown Little Rock at the Flying Fish.
Heading to Branson tomorrow!
