        ... in Norway were expensive , coming out of New York into New Jersey it cost us 17 usd ... do hope its not going to be like this all around America otherwise we are going to have to start selling stuff .
        Best thing though was the free upgrade to a smart top of the range Chevrolet SUV but its a bit complicated and doesnt have a gear leaver !
