      ... The battery people are saying that the battery (the reason we sailed here - risking life and limb - from Mexico) is not covered by warranty after all. We're gearing up a battle, but after our serious loss to the US Government we're not feeling too confident.

      And my Burgee hasn't arrived.

      And I can't find anything artistic to photograph.

      We arrived in Naples, both shaken and stirred, at about midday on Saturday the 28th. Ken topped up with fuel and water at the City Dock, while I rang Border Security. They said that we had to present ourselves at the Airport in Fort Myers within 24 hours. Back out to sea.       ... at theTiki Bar or Bridget's Cross, stuffed grouper at the City Pier or seafood pasta at home we had a splendid time.       ... and watched a bit of that. We explored Venice Florida and the coastline. Some nice parts of each area and some rather broken down areas in equal measure. The coastline seems dominated by tourist trap motels and stores for the most part, some areas just a bit more upscale than others but all in all a Rt. 28 Yarmouth/Dennis feel.
