      ... need to get an alarm system and then worry about it long distance. The Venetian Falls place. Beautiful inside, much newer than the other places we looked at, being sold furnished, lovely grounds, across the street from a beautiful club house and pool. Lots of activities, very low HOA fees BUT there is nothing special about it - no view except plants out the back. No Florida feel other than it would be warm and sunny.       So...we are closing in on a month. Some things are becoming clearer, others not so much. It has taken almost 4 weeks for me to be able to consider not going to the beach every day.
