Laurie, McKenna, and Katie chose to run the island several times. I thought this was vacation! Everything gained from the work out, was lost at ...

... dinner/listened to music and just relaxed. There is not cable at this campground, but we don't need it. We did have a DVD and watched a late night movie. At 8:30 it was so peaceful. Tomorrow we head to the Upper Peninsula where we will spend a few days --- probably until Wednesday. Looking forward to it. One thing I can say so far.........people are soooooooooooo nice. Helpful/friendly --- so unlike what we are used to in CT. ...

... and spent the early afternoon with a buddy of mine in Stratford, Ontario. From there we made our way through pretty countryside scenery to Sarnia, where we crossed the border into Michigan. Finally, a steady stream of rundown concrete highways first Westbound and then north, brought us to Grayling.

The only reason we find ourselves ...
