... SOCO district which was filled with young people and looked interesting but it was 100 so we passed on doing anything outside of the car.

At Starbucks I mentioned 2 unrelated things to graham 1) I wasn't sure if I had my ID with me I considered bringing my US passport for ID purposes. but better reserve the possibility of losing it when I actually leave the country and 2)does he have his green card because there's a check point between TX & NM. G: "There's a checkpoint?" N:"Yeah it's a customs checkpoint. They look for illegal entry and contraband" G:"Do you want to go back home for your passport? " N:"No! ...

... mozied over to TGI Friday's. Decided on an early afternoon libation. A little email checking (hey, everybody, remember....I am already missing everyone, so email me!). And, thought I'd start this little blog. Still have 3 hours until I leave here, but now I'm sitting in the Delta Sky Club. Boring! But, comfy chairs.
