    ... with the decor and apparent local custom, we both order fish & chips and Jeff sampled two beers from the local "Craftsman" brewery.

    We're both tired - all that walking and sunshine I suppose.

    This is is my final blog entry for this trip. I hope you've had fun; certainly more fun the Pokey and Gumby who rode around in the backpack all day and never got out for a photo op!

    ... for a second time. Back across to Cali Adventure for Ginny to hit Screamin' a second time, then we all did the A Bugs Life dodgem cars before it was back across to Disneyland for dinner and to settle in and wait for the famous fireworks display. Main St was absolutely packed by the time 9.25pm came around and the 'Remember Dreams Come True' spectacular began. Narrated by Julie Andrews, the fireworks ...

    ... and so Chris and I dragged some clothes on and up we went. Well- It was spectacular. All the tall buildings with all their lights on, a view for miles, and it was a warm evening. The view is like no other- In LA you get mountains and hills and land and Yosemite has valleys and creeks, lakes and waterfalls- but New York has the beauty of man-made tall buildings towering above you and the lights were on.

    ... a residential neighborhood. They have some beautiful Craftsman homes with well landscaped yards.

    TUESDAY 5/6-What a long traffic filled day with cloudy sky's and cool weather. Terry wanted to go by SoCal Customs which he and a friend visited when they were here several years ago for a Rod Show.     ... temperature was dropping as the evening came on. No soy milk there so popped out of the station, across the road was a Whiskey Bar so I went in there for a wine.

    It was after 7 when I got back to the hotel. Found the restaurant without difficulty for dinner and now I'm yawning over this back in my room.

    Tomorrow getting picked up from the hotel bright & early and off to tour Warner Brothers ...
