... and a real tropical feel, loved it! The rest of the time we potted around the main strip of Playa Del Carmen, just hoping home time wouldn't come too soon! Alas, before we knew it we were back to the airport headed home, via LA where we spent a day delaying the inevitable. Was cool to spend the day at Santa Monica before the long trip home.
Now it is well and truly back to reality, back at work and getting back into the routine but trying to hold onto the holiday ...
... tv's from an empty room, but it wasn't much better. After wasting time trying to get the tv fixed the rain had cleared and we went for a look around the grounds and beach. The pools were both very good, the big one had a volleyball net and basketball hoops, as well as a smaller one for the kids, there was a restaurant and the grass and coconut trees around the grounds looked nice.
