    We left Alexandria, MN on Thursday morning, Sept. 4 but I have to tell you the end of the story about the clothes dryer. While trying to clear the ductwork filled with lint it was discovered that the hose going into the floor to the ductwork had become detached and lint had been blowing in the space between the laundry room floor and the basement ceiling.     Driving south of Regina on Hwy 6, not even a tiny turn was needed! An 8-10 mile stretch south of Weyburn, Sask provided quite the active oil fields. Oil wells seem to be Iocated near or at the top of a knoll.....and in the middle of a wheat field or other crops. Pipelines are being installed. Heavy equipment and huge trucks fill the landscape.     ... always say "Thank you. I will." This all matters and motivates, especially when the body is weary but there are still miles to do.

    The point is that I am being helped daily in many, many ways. I am not alone out here and I am not lonely. I have angels and good people watching over me and I don't know if I could do this tour without them.
    I am very blessed to have my Road Family.

    ... It wasn't too crowded either. The rides were well maintained and a decent thrill. Multiple rollercoasters and other vomit rides. The cleanest amusement park I've been to. Really. We also had to hit the Lego store and the American Girl store. The kids made their purchases (they brought more money than we did) and we headed out.
