    ... in the afternoon so we had several small stops. he finally found a passable coffee at a Kwik Trip. The waitress said they had a new machine which gave coffee like Starbucks. Wes was a little sceptical about how good it would be but was pleasantly surprised.Coffee is cheap.We paid $3.36 for a coffee and an ice-cream for me.

    ... are visiting Oshkosh for a whole week. We talked about some of the differences between building and flying in our two countries and generally spent an enjoyable half hour together. That is one of the wonderful aspects of something like this show - you by definition have a common interest, aviation, with almost everyone in the crowd.

    Alex asked to take a break before dinner and a movie to relax and read a book. Hard to believe the kid who hated to read when he was younger has become such a bookworm.
