... the spigot. I was bummed that I had emptied the "good" water already. Oh well, gotta have something to drink. I had a great, quiet ride up to Muscatine. What a great road for cyclists! The city was an eye sore coming up from the south side. It's very industrial with tons of train tracks and semis. I spotted two touring cyclists across a divided road going the opposite direction. Made it to Knoxville, which was an unbelievable drive on the motorways...minus 40 degrees outside, which I think is about 23 below zero New Zealand speak! Matts moms house is surrounded by snow and it is bitterly cold outside.....really really cold!!! Went down to the store a little while ago...its a really small place, so not a lot to do apart from stay inside and keep warm. Its been great to have Matts family together. After a delayed train due to 'mechanical reasons' we were on our way to little old Galesburg, Illinois. After arriving close to 6 pm we wandered into town with our packs to find us some accommodation.
