... of Cabelas in Sidney. I drove from Sidney to Grand Island. When we got to Ogallala, we were driving along the North Platte River. We followed the river all the way to Hastings where the river turned northeast and we just drove east on to Lincoln and then Omaha. At Kearney we passed under the Great Platte River Road Archway Monument. The freeway goes right underneath it. At Omaha, we crossed the Missouri River into council Bluffs, Iowa where we are staying the night ...

During the early afternoon, we drove to the lower lake

in the 70s, sunny, breezes and 30s at night.
Love the camper heater! We ...

We are staying at Laramie tonight which was only 85km from Chayenne so we thought it should only take an hour. Unfortunately for us there was a problem on the highway and it took us 80 minutes to travel 10 km. We think it may have something to do with all the snow and ...

      ... and many antelope.

After lunch, Ariana and Elena go for one more ride. John goes fishing and I sit in the sun with my book, Victus. The girls come back exciting of having seen more antelope, deer and prairie dogs. And John shows us pictures of 7 trout he has caught and returned to the river, as he is supposed to do. After all this fun, we are hungry and since we are the only ones in the ranch, we ...
