... with the bulls getting up by 15 points or so. We all had a great time at our first basketball game.

I also ran into an old friend in downtown Chicago earlier that day. A girl who I hadn't seen in about 6 years that I use to play Volleyball with. Eliza from Bairnsdale, we use to play in the Academy together. We both had to look twice at each other as we walked by on the street, I couldn't believe it. I knew she had been in the states ...

      Corn, corn and more corn!

The area is very windy in summer and many windsurfing competitions are held here at that time, along with famous turkey races, with some people bringing their turkeys from as far away as Texas????????? This morning we hit the road by 10:00, for a day on the road. Driving for a day doesn't seem bad when you're in the RV because we can walk around, and do things. We don't have to stop for the "bathroom" or if we need to make a drink / coffee.. You just get right on up and do it. It is a bit tricky when it comes to navigating around corners if you're not expecting them, but it makes for a fun trip! :) We drove all ...

We crossed back over the Missouri River in South Dakota, and made it into Minnesota. Plains, farms, wind turbines, cows...

We stopped a little bit earlier than expected, but found a hotel right off the highway just as the kids really needed a break or sleep, and went for a great late night hot tub and swim. We'll drive extra tomorrow.
