After being on time last night the train slowly lost more time until it arrived in Chicago about an hour and a half late.
At this point we gathered all our belongings and got off the train. The first stop was the Amtrak lounge in the station. We checked in and put our bags in storage, having been told that we needed to be in the station by 8.30pm for our train, and set off into Chicago.
