... about them. So far, my experience with them has been great. They even have a Facebook fan page so I can try and connect with other travelers.

After I'm done volunteering, my cousin is joining me for a few days to relax and explore Costa Rica's beauty. Between now and then, I have to brush up on my Spanish, especially "Costa Rican" Spanish.

I know these next few months will fly by, and that's ok with me!

Its really back on the road for us and only a quick stop here before we head onto our next pit-stop here in Wisconsin, we are also moving fast to see if we can escape the weather, it is starting to get chilly! We hope all is well and are thinking of everyone.

... loads of birds. Also loads of curious little chipmunks (I want one!). We went on a walkng trail and then headed for a drive up the side of Lake Michigan. There were loads of gorgeous houses and they are massive too. After the drive we went into downtown Green Bay which is quite small and quiet and took a walk down by the river.

What a trip! I can't believe it is over already! This was such a great experiance! I will treasure this forever. The flight back to the States was uneventful. It was so sad leaving Max. I think we all had tears in our eyes. The line to check in was so long at the Rome airport. And we had our own wing of hte airport for American flights. Woke up this morning listening to thunder and rain in Fayette, Mo. It was pouring rain when I finally left Fayette. Mary's hubby left before I woke up and I was unable to say thank you and good bye to him. Mary made me a very healthy breakfast. Six egg whites with cheicken breast and cheese.

I tried to wait as long as I could to see if the rain would stop...It did not!!! At 930am I decided to put on my rain ...

Well, I've started this travel blog a little prematurely, but I'm too excited to keep everything quiet. Trisha and I have officially started saving for our world travel adventure which will begin on the 6th of April 2010. Still deciding exactly where to start our trip and how it's all going to work out. All I know is that it WILL happen. 9 months to go. Until then this blog will help me organize my thoughts, ideas and potential travel destinations. Can't wait to get started.

Today is the crazy long day of travel. Right now I'm sitting at the Detroit airport, for the last how many hours. The group seems super nice so far. We'll see after 2 weeks. Actually I think it will go really well. I'm so excited. The first flight was on a tine ...

Anyway, we are here now. Safe and sore. I hope we feel better by tomorrow. We're about to hop on a car ferry across lake Michigan. I'm excited about it, although I'll prolly miss most of it because I will be loudly snoring in my seat.

... of the fun that I have in Houghton, Michigan with my friends. This semester was one of the best, if not THE BEST semester ever. I have met so many wonderful, loving people this year, but I knew that would happen considering I would be leaving for 27 months. My life seems to work that way.
