... We go early to catch the museum/heritage centre and run into a small festival. Max is well away when you can pull the rope for the bell on the old steam engine and ride the oil drum train as well as get up close as a 100 car freight train goes by.
Our train ride goes smoothly and is actually early in Fort Worth & Dallas. Maybe not surprisingly, we get the same coach attendant as on the way done - her name tag read T. Booker, so Booker T it was.
Meredyth & the kids picked us up and it was home for supper. This is an enormous base (seemingly 214,000 acres and 54,000 people) but at least they let us in with Meredyth on the basis of our passports so no tedious security passes needed. Just remember to go out of the house with your passport.

So much for feeling safe because they have 24 security cameras throughout the facility and have a guard 24 hours a day. Bob can't figure out how they drove the MH out since the article didn't mention the gate being broken. Did they have a code? Was it someone who has a space in the storage facility or ...
