This week I really managed to nail down a decent routine of work, gym, rest, repeat. The gym part was necessary as I had eaten myself stupid over easter, and I felt like a baloon until Thursday or Friday. Things at work were ramping up and I got an invite to the executive meeting the week after, so I started preparing all the info I would need to contribute to the meeting.

... Town I was really beginning to slow down. So far I had been in daylight for 20ish hours, and my body was starting to struggle. I napped almost as soon as I got in my seat, until my superhuman ability to recognise food-time woke me up as they were serving dinner. We landed about an hour later, and it was then I realised that as I had no working phone or internet, nor the address of where I was staying, if no one was at the airport to pick me up I was a little bit screwed.

Today we spent just relaxing around Bloubergstrand beach watching the kite surfers and checking out some local area's.
