... the lake. The food produced in this area of Italy is another of the many highlights, the number of cheeses, ham and wines to sample seems infinte. The area has all kinds of diverse scenery and vistas to enjoy. I have been visiting this area for over 5 years and have come to the conclusion that the aesthetic and cultural assets are hard to beat.

Day 5 Again consider stating on awhile, but reflect we are only just over border, and have hankering to press on: Garda it is then!. Everyone had a great time at the wedding, weather was brilliant. John was so hungry he even ate a flower, plate decoration and Orla tried to steal the show with her drunken antics.
On our last day in Malcesine we went to the top of a really big hill in a cable car, seen some cows and snow, played some crazy golf at a really late hour and had a few drinks with our friends, the last for a while.

Garda must be a very popular family tourist destination if the size of the caravan parks was anything to go by.
