So we finished off our dinner and beers, also had space for a dessert, so Colleen and I shared an apple pie which tasted pretty much like an apple strudel. We then explored the main street and Marienplatz, then decided was time to make the 15min walk back to the hotel. Wasn't long after we were back in our room, that we crashed out for the ...

... it hadn’t been that we only had a 40-minute layover in Iceland. I looked at the time and knew we were never going to make the connecting flight. I pulled up our arrival time on the screen in front of me and stared at it for the next 10 hours hoping we would get in quicker than planned. When we finally arrived in Iceland we had 5 minutes to get off the plane and board our next one. Ryan was a few seats behind me and ...

... know what he's saying?" Michael asked leaning across the table. "I have German beer running through my veins." I said cheering him and drinking another sip. Leisel was our first friend on our adventure, so regardless if we truly understood each other, we carried on a conversation for about an hour. He didn't have a memorable face or even a memorable name, but we'll never forget him for helping to make the Oktoberfest a smash hit for us. I usually abhor the sounds of "polka ...
