... this European summer. After our beer we roamed the garden for another 40 minutes. Was just an surreal, a damn cool place to hang out. We could definitely have spent a whole day here.

We went back after 2 hours at the garden and hopped on the tour bus again. This is where we took the entire bus trip just ...

... Of course, the train is full because everyone has had to divert. I think there are some people without seats. Well worth the extra 16 euro. We have 3 stops before we get off. At every stop, new people get on with no reserved seats and no space for luggage. Not much fun for them. Oh well. All part of the travelling experience. ... City and the Alps.

Back to Hofbrauhaus for dinner and another couple of beers, complete with shared cold cuts, obadza cheese and more giant pretzels.

Munich, it's been a pleasure! We wished we'd had more time to explore outside of the City. A beautiful City and great people.

We'll definitely be returning to explore more of Germany in the not too distant future (once we've got a handle on the language which we struggled a litt)

... end of the table took their last swig and slammed their steins on the table and stood up. They shook the other man's hand, bid us goodbye and exited the building. "They have to work," The older man left behind yelled to us laughing and making a face. He slid down the table towards us positioning himself directly next to me. He was maybe in his mid-fifties and was on holiday for the week specifically because of the Oktoberfest. He had traveled from a small town in the ...
