I am officially a leaf peeper! That is somebody who travels around just to look at the autumn leaves. And they have been fairly spectacular, although not quite at their peek. They have web sites dedicated to the changing of the leaves and it all depends on the weather. They have had a mild autumn so far, so the leaves are a little late

... fire in the library of the New York Yacht Club in Newport.

It was worth repeating.

The next morning we slipped down for breakfast just before 8am, to beat the rush. Our personal waiter took our orders, and our chef rustled up the eggs quick smart, so he could knock off and go home. ... Misquamicut Beach for lunch. Eating outside on the beach deck right on the Atlantic was beautiful! Of course there were a few geocaches along the way, some in the beautiful 265 acre Rhode Island Veterans Memorial Park. Final stop, Trader Joe's.

Rhode Island is a very pretty place, of course we didn't come close to exploring the entire width and breadth, it was a nice relaxing day.

Tomorrow is a travel day to Massachusetts
