Steven had other ideas, and despite trying to wear him out by swimming (he progressed to swimming about in just his armbands for a while as there was another child of his age just in armbands!), he took a long, long time to get to sleep. Typical! A little treat at the end of the day was picking up an e-mail Mother's Day card from Jack....aaaahh, bless him!

Finally the last part of the day was a tour of the take off site, the take off viewing platform, the Saturn Rockets of the Apollo Space Programme era and the building of the International Space Station. Today we spent the whole day gallivanting around MGM. Of course we did Tower of Terror and Rockin' Roller Coaster, as well as The Great Movie Ride, Muppets 3D, Indiana Jones Stunt Specatular, Light, Honey I Shrunk the Audience, Lights, Motor ...

... added a few more - this was my first trip to Disney with kids in my group (except for when I was one) so we did add rides that were more geared towards them. We did the Indy Speedway (which my young nephew loved - because he was able to drive!), It's a small world, Big Thunder Mountain Railroad, Buzz Lightyear's Space Ranger Spin, Dumbo, Pirates of the Caribbean, Space Mountain, Splash Mountain, Stitches Great Escape ...

... and Friends. Crush Talk was also fun!

We grabbed some lunch again at the food stand in Mexico (yum) and then we left EPCOT to head over to Animal Kingdom - solely to ride their newest ride, Expedition Everest, which was a fantastic roller coaster!! Then it was back to the hotel to spend the rest of the day relaxing.
