    Scenery second to none

Oh my, this place is beautiful. Set on the beach with awesome sea views. They sent a shuttle to pick us up from the airport and we were delivered to the door step in no time. My room is the standard room, with partial seaviews and a super comfy bed with feather pillows. The room is spacious and clean and freshly decorated. I have all the facilities I need including Wi fi and cable TV. What more could I want?

    Got Lucky

I'd been out for dinner with some friends, which turned into a few drinks out on the town. We ended up drinking back at the hotel bar until the early hours with a couple of girls we'd found. Having driven there initially, I was in no state to drive home so I drunkenly "negotiated" a room for the night. A very reasonable £80 had me in a nicely decorated double room. I noticed in the morning that it was a little on the compact side, however it served the purpose. Breakfast was good and included in the price.

Lynn and Steve had waited up for me as I arrived to Llandudno late last night. We chatted for a little while, but the long travel day had caught up on me, so I had to retire. I woke up afresh this morning, pulled open the shutters on the windows, made myself a cup of tea, then climbed back into bed for a lazy morning admiring the ocean view from my own apartment in the Beesley household. After 3 weeks on the road, it feels really good to land in ...

This trip would be perfect for a school trip because it doesn't ask anything special from any individual, this meaning the trip will be able to suit everyone and their needs. From education and adrenaline this trip had it all. I feel this trip would be a very good selling point to offer to school groups.

Buffet breakfast and a quick walk down to the bus and off to the Central Business District; a short drive. Local points of interest were pointed out and then we off loaded and wandered to St. George's Cathedrel and in we went. Moments after entering Desmond Tutu, with his entourage, came walking from the front in conversation. Beverley, the tour leader, excused herself saying a group of Canadian visitors wished to say hello. All else ...

... area. They have three lions there, a male and two females that were rescued from some sort of lion hunting circus type thing. The lions don't know how to hunt because they were raided by humans, so in the lion area there is also a springbok who snuck in and they call Lucky because he hasn't been eaten. After the beautiful lions we also saw zebras and some giraffe. There were a few baby giraffes which were ADORABLE. After the zebras, my ...
