... wait to get back there, but never been to Cambodia, so will be really interesting to see what its like out there...heard so many good things about it though, so should be good fun :)
also can't wait to spend New Years Eve out there in Sihanoukville!!!!!

London, it's Been a Blast
... some lukewarm tea i have time to reflect. And i am happy at this point that i have the ipad as i figured dan would never surrender the Asus for writing and rambling. We met the lovely neighbours from upstairs who took a lot of our stuff (despite having had a look around their flat which appears doubly clutteed compared to ours!). Note to self-meet the neighbours earlier... They were lovely and it would have been nice to meet them in different circumstance. Appeared ...
First destination!!
... bittersweet realization. Still we were full of excitement; we have been working so hard to make this trip happen, everything from finances to planning to packing to travel shots and travel insurance. Before even departing we have been through tumultuous ups and downs but we know that the outcome is worth any of the hassle. ... he would make an exception for "that bum." He apparently was here as my upgrade from my previous loves, but I declined. He was really short. ;)
We met outside the Gap and walked a short distance to Bella Italiano in Oxford Circus for dinner. It was great; I had a baked pasta with a white wine sauce. After dinner, we were all exhausted, which meant it was time to bum around the Goodenough Club and get to bed early. We get the day off ...
So apparently eye cream is not an essential item!
... sleep... but nothing some berocca and solpadeine can't handle. I love a bit of codeine... very moreish ;o)
Our flight is at 4.45pm today, and we arrive in China at about 1.30 in the morning our time, 9.30am Beijing time. I will be counting bicycles upon my arrival to see if Katy Mellua was correct, but mainly I will be looking forward to the next bit of the adventure.
