      We had a couple of
      routes to choose from for this ride but we opted for the slightly
      longer route over the Dolomites to the west coast, passing by Genoa
      before crossing the border into France.

      ... not dressed up enough to even warrant a try at getting in though. Stupid rules. After taking the necessary tourist pictures we walked around the town. At one point we came across some giant fat people statues. It seems that a favorite picture for women is to hold onto the male genitalia while posing for a picture since this was the most worn part of the sculpture.
