A vial of his cologne at the time sold for the equivalent of a half year's salary of a civil servant. Another famous cologne from ...

The bus pulled up in cologne early evening and the rain that was forecast had already set in for the night. I made the short walk to the hostel, and only ventured out to buy food and beer! My beer for the evening was Krombacher, arguably one of Germany's worst beers! After waiting over 30 minutes for the cooker to be free, I finally managed to make my dinner.
