Day 1 in the Jungle

It's was a 08:30 start, to meet at the Amazon King at 09:00.

Then into the moto-taxi for a quick trip to the port.
Then it's 2 hours boat trip to the lodge.

Day 2 started at 05:30, before dawn.

Into the boat and off to go bird watching. The birds like feeding at dawn, it's quiet on the river.

Then back for breakfast.

Our next trip was off to a small village, then fishing. I didn't catch anything, but there were a few fish caught.

Back for lunch before the trip home …

Today we took a boat ride to an Indian tribe. They are the Yahwa Indian and bought some surprises for you!! Because it is so warm here all year, they don't have to worry about clothes. ... de l'ordinador hi entren mosquits i hi fa molta calor.

Al vespre, sortim amb la barca per buscar caimans (no en trobem cap) pero veiem una sortida de la lluna espectacular. Nomes per aixo ja ha valgut la pena. Tot aixo em fa pensar quan la Monica i jo varem anar a l'Amazones al Brasil. Quina experiencia: els sons dels animals, els ocells, la calor, la humitat, els mosquits, les hamaques. Pero ara que hi penso, al Brasil ...
