hanoi has been abit like quito in ecuador on our last trip..as its been the hub from which we have been out to different trips and back again....i have to say we are very happy its our last day here...as its so hectic and the mopeds do your head in...its just to busy all the time to breathe..

... Pozostawilem kierowanie Annie. Jej wieloletnie doswiadczenie z jazdy skuterem po zatloczonych ulicach nomen-omen Rzymu jest nie do zastapienia. Swiatynia Literatury i Muzeum Etnologiczne to bardzo "kulturalne" atrakcje. Wieczorem dorzucilismy do tego przedstawienie w Teatrze Lalek na Wodzie - unikatowa, tradycyjna wietnamska sztuka. Coz to takiego? To taki teatr lalek na wodzie;) ilustrowany muzyka na zywa i spiewem. Zaskakujace i piekne zarazem.

... streets, stopping for a drink by the lake - beautiful.

We had enough time for a delicious meal at the Little Gecko before heading to the train station, so we stuffed ourselves on the fantastic food, knowing we had a 26 hour journey ahead of us! We really didn’t feel ready to be saying goodbye to one of the best places we’ve visited on the trip so far - but were so happy with the time we spent there - a definitely on the ‘must go back to’ list!
