Lazy, lazy, lazy! Slept for 13 hours, last night, now I really enjoyed that! Spent most of the day on the beach, chilling, eating fruit and occasionally moved a bit! In fact I went for a walk, yep really. Then another massage, which was fab, welcome to Knot central, click, click, they went. Ordinarily I'd much prefer to listen to the waves, but the water was so calm there weren't any! The following day I went with Ann, Emma & Adrian to the next beach along, but we're disappointed by this ...so we headed back To Ark ...

Woke up and had a swim before hitting the buffet for breakfast. Ordered the Pad Thai and filled up on pastries, fruits, juice, lattes, yoghurts, cheeses and antipastos. Tough gig! JUNGLE PARTY! I was well excitied to go have a rave in the jungle however the group didnt quite make it and we just stayed on the beach instead - this has got to be my favourite night! HELEN WAS ON FORM THAT NIGHT!
