      ... the bay area the other side of the beach as the boat was too large to drop us straight there. However this bay didn't have a beach, but instead a rope ladder we had to swim to and pull ourselves up. We were feeling a little lazy so the boat workers offered to kayak us to the rope. When we got there, we placed our foot on the knotted rope and placed our weight down on it. It was so painful. Every step was agony, so we climbed it fast!       ... part... Very scary to begin with until I hit the point with trees etc, but still a huge workout, got to the bottom and I was in bits! Relaxed for a while then visited a lagoon on one of the islands which was also an amazing setting. But I wasn't enjoying the ridiculously steep stairs to reach out after such a workout!       So I get the impression that today is going to be one of those days that i remember for the rest of my life. Not because it was particularly fun or anything- which it was, but i got to really see how some of the Thai people live. As beautiful as this resort is, it's boring.
