      ... her hotel, so we all had a relaxing day. Natalie and her mum spent her last night together. They went up to the viewpoint and Natalie took me up there the next night because she said its just so pretty to see the island from that great height, so we climbed a million steps and saw sunset from the top of the mountain. It was nice having Sue here and I know Natalie will miss her again, but its time for our trip to continue. Its almost bye bye ...

      So I get the impression that today is going to be one of those days that i remember for the rest of my life. Not because it was particularly fun or anything- which it was, but i got to really see how some of the Thai people live. As beautiful as this resort is, it's boring. We saw a water and light show at marina bay, a canal going through a shopping centre, another light show at gardens by the bay and ended up going to a lookout point to see the city skyline lit up! Amazing first day!
