Bangkok, City Number 1
Thursday, January 10 2013 Small Nau says: Finally! It is the day! Yesterday was a mad rush of packing and ensuring everything was in place and properly packed up especially with the items to be donated. Could not contained my excitement this morning when I woke up. Unfortunately I was down with bad flu and cough and was on antibiotics. It meant no …
Unexpected return to Bangkok
Ah yes, finally in the air - Phuket, here we come! Takeoff, checkin, everything smooth as can be. Shortly into the flight, the flight attendant comes on the air and says, "We would like to divert and land in Bangkok, thank you." TravelPod Member ReviewsAmari Don Muang Airport Bangkok
It is located next to DMK airport. It is spacious, clean and quite comfortable for an overnight stay. However service is something to be improved definitely.

Only issue we had here was 2 rooms were booked and paid for but the paperwork was only done for one, soon sorted and 2 rooms checked in. Big hotel situated opposite Don Muang airport, connected by bridge on first floor. Has large swimming pool and huge roooms

Across the road from the airport (over a covered walkway), very convenient. All staff helpful. Large clean roomwith a kingsize bed for 2 adults and a 6yr old to share, very comfortable. Missed out on breakfast due to an early morning flight. Would definately recommend this hotel
