Day 1 of fight school was great, albeit tiring, but come day 2 I realised I was just a total keener on the first day, because day 2 and day 3 were far from enjoyable! The website advised having certain equipment before starting and there's me like, oh they are just trying to get me to spend money in the shop, nope, and I have the cuts a bruises to show it! Anyone who wants to try this, hand wraps are essential to stop you from getting bare knuckles.

When I was sitting in the crowd there were trainers walking around with baby crocodiles and they were so cool - their skin is really tough. After the crocodile show I returned to the Shore at Katathani. I had a room service dinner which was awesome as usual. It is now time for me to get some much needed sleep - good night!

We had no tour guide, just a Thai driver which made things pretty unclear the whole trip. We went to a snorkelling spot first and all got off together, equally as scared due to ...

Started the day with a Saturday Surprise workout.... Oh, Tiger Muay Thai you have the cutest names for torture ;) Then it was a day of relaxing by the pool at my hotel with the girls until we were ready to get our Halloween costumes on and ready for the Barbecue Beatdown. They happen on the last Saturday of the month and involve people from Tiger doing amateur fights. This is quite exciting as these are the people you train ...

It's was nice to having to wake up too early this morning, we slept right up until thy alarm went off at 9oclock then went and had breakfast, after breakfast we decided to sort out our bags and wire our postcards, we then went and lazed by the pool all day soaking up the sun when the sun started to go in we decided to go shower and get ready for dinner, I went and used the internet for a while and Nan's song came on ...
