... in Bali but not so. Craig and Tam were waiting for us - and so lovely to see them. And so bags off the carousel, into the car and head home after yet another fantastic trip.

Thanks fellow babes - you rock xxx ( of course as does my beloved Bloss who kept the home fires burning, looked after Merlin, finished the deck refurbishment and coped with a mini mop up after some water ingress during the heavy rains). I'm very lucky to have you all in my life!

... Lovely. There's just the one electronics shop in terminal 2, so I went there. I was up for getting a cheap non-kindle, but they didn't sell those, only the new kindles, £10 more than at home, I chewed on it, then reasoned that the more expensive 'paperwhite' was more reasonable, seeing as both it and the ordinary kindle had a £10 surcharge. ... a local balinese woman and ask if we can join her to the temple, as if we knew her. She says plainly: "no, not tonight". Not yet satisfied I walk towards the gate and the guard stops me immediately and tells me that tonight the temple entrance is only for the ones praying (I was thinking, but I can pray too!). I ask him if we can go in once they have finished their prayers, he says "ok", and how long will that take I ask "I don't know". Mmmm...difficult task. ...
