... CONSTANT horn honking. OMG!! We generally use horns for a) imminent danger or b) someone taking an unreasonable amount of time to drive. Here people honk for EVERYTHING, CONSTANTLY. Just because. They honk at drivers who aren't moving a white-knuckle speed. They honk at pretty girls. They honk if there is construction or a truck or a bus.
