5. Cinta Costera. I have waxed poetic about it before, but I absolutely love Cinta Costera (which is a long walkway/park that is beautiful and extremely well maintained) and the multitude of parks. You see more people here out at parks after dark because is is finally cooler. People are exercising, socializing, and playing a lot of soccer, even at 8 or 9 at night. There is always good police protection and good maintenance. I love it.
