Had breakfast at Hotel then went up to see Linda and say goodbye to Wolfgang. Jan then drove us into Saarbrucken for the day as he had to spend time with Linda making arrangements for the funeral. Walked around the lovely St Johann Market Place with pretty shops and restaurants and down along the river bank. Jan picked us up and back to our hotel. Later we went out to a nice Italian restaurant for dinner. Had an early night to bed as we were still ...

The next day was a pretty laid back. I woke up around 1:30. After some coffee, we ran to the store and Katie had to run some errands on base. The rest of the afternoon we spent watching Orange is the New Black, the rest of Green Street Hooligans, and Law Abiding Citizen. We had the leftover pasta for dinner. I spent the evening working on an itinerary of where ...

... girls whip up a good scraps dinner then some of M-L's prized Swiss chocolate with cranberries and a cuppa - no worries here. Early to bed as we are resting up, another night on the water then it will be all go for the last two weeks in Paris and London. Sorry for a boring blog but the water slows everything down, it was also very hot in the low 30's which also has an effect on my finger ...

    Germany - week 1

Classes are boring. Our second day we had class literally all day, 10-9. We were exhausted. Teachers are pretty nice but all they do is read power points. I literally have been nodding off after being in class for 30 mins. Basically going to be the easiest 8 credits of my life though. There will be no exams or tests. So far, just one 5 min presentation. I'll take it! This is looking like ...
