Beautiful sunny HOT day. Walked along the village street after a huge brekkie, and then took small motor boat out on the lake, looking at the campers from the outside today! Looked inside the beautifully decorated village church. My good friend Anni and her husband Michael arrived from Munich. Anni and I had been pen-friends since we were about 12, and Anni and I had visited many times in Germany and UK, although Anni has never made ...

... to the van and the screams started from inside. Jess had stepped into the toilet to get changed with instructions for the girls to wait until she came out and she would put a film on but patience is not their strong point. Somehow they managed to cause Ruby to bang her toe and the bleeding started again which is obviously what caused the screaming to start. It took a while to calm her down again with no outsiders to help but we got there eventually. ...

... of a sudden. Its always a bit of a challenge going into a new country, things are always a little bit different and then there is the new language to learn but luckily I know a little German.......he's sitting over there (for all the Top Secret fans). We got to the Chiemsee but were too early to check in to the campsite so we parked up and Jess made some lunch and we sat on a stony beach on the lake and just relaxed for a bit ...
